I know its not related but I don't know who to ask so late. My fiance has custody of his daughter has her whole life. They have gone to court and my step daughter can go visit her every other big holiday with a good times notice on the travel plans she has to make all plans. And let us know in advance. My step daughter mother texts me tonight at 9 pm and said she is flying out this Saturday afternoon. I can't take her and he has to work. And he has to work up until Thanksgiving . he tells her it won't work we needed notice not 2 days notice. She said if she isn't on the plane he is violating court orders and he will go to jail. Any one help me out on this whole thing? Is he wrong or is she ..oh and she has had 3 months to plan this.
