Sinus infection ?

Has anyone else been experiencing sinus infections? My throat hurts, I have drainage, and body aches . Any suggestions I can do to help it ?

I had an awful sinus infection that made it to where I couldn’t open my mouth more than half an inch. Like my jaw was seized up. Including a fever. I totally get it. Hat helps be with infections is the netipot. Love that thing. And using one of those rice filled bag things you can warm up in the microwave. Put that on your face and alternate with a cold one. Definitely helps the pain. Get better girlfriend.

Jup just after our gender reveal party me and my SO became sick right away! Think it has something to do with all the excitement and happy stress of finally being able to tell more to the fam and friends!  It’s been a week now and I’ve almost have it beat, only some slime in my throat is left! 
What helped me was allot and I mean allot of honey, in tea on my bread or on a spoon! I took warm bath’s with mint oils which was a big relief and during the day I had a salt nose spray but I didn’t really feel that helped much! + Netflix and chill!

I get hay fever daily 😩 but at the moment have a sore throat as well so I’m not feeling the best either. Hope your feeling well soon it’s not nice being sick while pregnant.
