A family friend offered to wash all my baby clothes for me. It sounded like a pretty good idea and I provided them with dreft (my mom bought and I believe it’s unscented?) and dryer balls. So, with all that provided I thought I was good to go. Well, I got all the clothes back and they are scented, they were washed or dried in something and it’s bothering me just going through the clothes. 😔 If this smell is giving me a headache, they definitely need rewashed before baby wears them. I googled and I’m going to soak them in vinegar water and then wash and dry. Or does anyone have any other suggestions? I also read about hanging them outside but I don’t think that will take away the “chemical” aspect.

What have you done to clean the clothes? Any suggestions are appreciated!!
