What should i do? Help plz.. anyone else go through this??

So my cycle has always been irregular. My average is 37 days, but the most has been 43 days. We are TTC and i am on day 51 of no period.. i took a pregnancy test a couple days before i was suppose to start and it was neg. I took another pregnancy yesterday and it was neg. Again. I have cramps and lower back pain but nothing.. what should i do?
