Blood pressure drop🤦🏻♀️
So last night I checked my blood pressure as my doctor asked me to check it everyday it was 107/88 and my heart rate was at 122 🤦🏻♀️ then I checked it again within 30 minutes it dropped to 77/49
Is this normal to happen? I’m 30+4
