How to tell spouse you’re expecting?

I just found out I am expecting our 3rd. Hubby wasn’t totally against but also was really nervous about the idea of another. It’s early (still a few days before my period is due). (I POAS compulsively from around a few days before my period every month lol)... I think I’m going to tell him Friday. Not sure what to say. Last night I had gotten FRER in my target pick up order to confirm the VVFL I saw on my cheapies...and he was like why do you buy so many of these? I said “what if I were pregnant wouldnt you want to know?” He said “you’re not pregnant”
