Yes morning when i peed i had seen some thick mucus in the toilet it was a lot now this morning i wiped and it a little blood I’m 29 weeks

I was told by my doctor if I started to bleed just went directly to the emergency room.

Definitely get checked. Put on a pad and monitor, id call you ob if available 24hours if not call labor and delivery.  
Also want to ask if your rh - bloodtype. If so go into l&d for a rhogam shot if you didn't receive it yet (normally right around now you'd get it ) 
This could be very serious. But could  also be completely  ok.

Call the triage nurse or L&D. Try to stay clam but definitely needs to be checked out today
