I feel very ashamed asking this but believe me when I say I am doing the best can.

I am currently 16 weeks with a subchorionic hematoma. I was told not to have sex given my hematoma. But lately I have been having this crazy sex drive which I’m struggling to control. I am not allowed to cause any kind of stimulation at all which means no orgasm even without penetration. Are there any sisters who also going through the same? How do you keep your mind off of it?
