Chemical resulting with almost no bleeding?

I got a positive test on 9/5. Cramping started 9/11. Tests stoped progressing. Went in for a beta HCG On Monday (9/14) & I was only at a 14. Bleeding started as light spotting as soon as I got home.

However, since Monday, I’ve only had a little bleeding. It started as cramping, I had one time of going to the bathroom as what I could consider “normal heavy period” and then back to spotting. It’s gone from red blood to brown. It’s now Wednesday (9/16), I’ve had less bleeding from this chemical than I would for my normal Day 1 of my period. And, I just don’t know if this is normal? I’m concerned that maybe it’s not all passing?

I’ve contacted my OBGYN, but she’s out of town for a week and the on-call doctor doesn’t return calls 🤷‍♀️
