Possible miscarriage?

Hello Ladies,

So I found out I was pregnant yesterday. Took 2 test that came out positive.

Last week Thursday I was in a car accident and ever since then I’ve had severe cramping. I thought it was period cramping but it turned out it’s not.

I tried to schedule an appointment with my gynecologist but they say I have to wait 2 more weeks....

Yesterday I started bleeding but it’s not like a regular period. It’s more like spotting. The pain is constant but sometimes unbearable.

Could this be a miscarries or an ectopic pregnancy?

If anyone has ever experienced these could you please share your symptoms?
