15 months breastfeeding and still no period. We want to start trying again but my son is not ready to ween and neither am I. Advice is appreciated!

You need to ovulate to get pregnant, if you haven't gotten pregnant or your period, you likely haven't ovulated. You would need ovulation (which would occur before a period) first. So it's likely but who knows if your body will have a successful ovulation with such a long cycle.
