How does this work post MC?

This might be a dumb question, I know I’m overthinking things but I can’t stop wondering about how this will go for me.

I’m two weeks past a miscarriage and I know my hcg levels need to get to 5 or below in order for a new cycle to start (5 apparently is considered negative), does that mean once I hit 5 or below that my period will start right away or will I ovulate first and then roll into a period?
