Went to medical the other day for an irregular period. I really do not wanna take bc because the side effects suckkkkk for me. Had some lab work done to see why my period was extremely irregular and asked her if it came back normal if there was anything besides bc that I could do to get it back on track. She then went on to tell me the most military thing I could hear. She suggested we could restart my cycle with taking Ibuprofen in a certain way. I swear they try and fix everything with that stuff. But anyways she said I could try that or take some hormones which then confused me because I’m no dr but wouldn’t that be the same as bc?? Also I had neverrrrrr heard of resetting a cycle, so should I go off base to an actual dr, or go off base and see an actual dr?
