Low laying placenta?

Do you have to get a 
c—section or can you have a natural birth?

I had a low lying placenta at 19w, by 27w it had moved enough that I was cleared for a vaginal birth.
Although now I’m 36w and baby is still breech so it’s looking pretty likely for a scheduled c-section anyways 😕

Depends. If the placenta is covering cervix, yes you need a c section. If not, then no. Usually plavetnat moves during pregnancy, so depending on how far along you are, it still light have time to move up (it moves because belly gets bigger).

I’m in my third trimester and I had a low lying placenta and my dr said 95% will move on their own. My last appointment it moved out of the way and my baby is head down. So font get to worried right now. Relax and see what happens.
