Where would you leave your toddler

So my toddler is now able to get out of her crib and not safely 😕.  During the day its just me and her and I've always placed her in the crib so that I could shower after working out before work.. now where do I put her... ?? Any suggestions. Crib has already been converted to a day bed .. husband wasted no time.

A high chair in the bathroom? I usually just close the bedroom door and let my son roam in our room while I quickly shower.

Baby gates? Although I imagine if they can climb their crib that they could also a baby gate. Do you have a video monitor? I usually just baby gate my daughter in her room while I get ready in the mornings and she just sits and plays. If your comfortable with a closed door, you could do something similar. I’ve even closed her in my room and left our bathroom door open to our master to shower real quick. Just make sure everything is baby proofed and brought in some of her toys and locked the door. She could go in and out of the bathroom and have free range of our bedroom. Our bed it too high for her to climb right now so we don’t have to worry about that.

When I shower I’m able to bring her and some toys in the bathroom with me. It’s not peaceful by any means. She’ll hand me stuff and constantly open the curtains, but it is what it is for now. With the layout of our apartment, I can even close all the bedroom doors and let her roam in the bathroom with me or into the hallway for a little extra space.

Idn if this is helpful advice, but I changed the time that I showered. I was home alone with her all day until daycare and worked 3p-11p. I would shower when I got home from work bc she’d be asleep and my husband would be home.

I bring my son in the bathroom with me and give him my phone so he can listen and watch little nursery rhymes while he plays with some toys ...some people are probably against that but it's the only thing that works for me to have a somewhat peaceful shower
