HELP!! Do I need to take plan B?

So I've been on birth control for over a year. I recently got my wisdom teeth out and was injected with antibiotics that supposedly could make birth control less effective. On top of that I've been over sleeping and have taken my pills late at least 3 times on this pack (only 3 hours. But once in first week of pack) I had unprotected sex with my bf today and I would normally be ovulating rn. I'm freaking out even though he pulled out. Should I take plan b? I heard it can mess with your cycle. PLEASE HELP
