My LO's schedule was a morning nap starting around 11-12 and then another one around 4:30. It was perfect, I could cook dinner while she was napping. I work from home, but she goes to daycare for socialization and let's be honest, I'd get no work done if she was home. Anyway, I get her home around 4:30 and she used to go down for a nap no problem and I would wake her up at 6 for dinner. This last week she started refusing her 2nd nap. Is it okay that my 10 month old is down to 1 nap per day? She generally sleeps from 7:30 or 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM uninterrupted at night.
