Urology is a waste of time and money. They did less than nothing for us and hindered (almost, I guess) our TESE for IVF.

If it’s for a sperm analysis, it’s definitely worth going to urologist first. IUI and IVF might not be successful if you don’t make sure his sperm are okay first

If thats the case, make sure to get a DNA fragmentation test before IVF. They may want to do TESE (we did) to have the best shot.

We’ve already done the semen analysis. His morphology is extremely impaired.
