Cold sore or pimple?

Is this a pimple starting or cold sore? I'm kind of nervous if it's a cold sore because I have a year old son that I kiss( not on the lips on the cheek or forehead)  I didn't notice it till now

I can’t tell. But If its a cold sore don’t kiss him any more he should be okay.

If its causing a tickling/itching sensation that doesn't want to go away then its a cold sore. If its just a bump then its a pimple

You can get patches for cold sores so if your little one accadently touches your face it may not spread as easy. Even a band aid might work just so its coved. It will be okie though dont worrie
