Can Ovulation Test detect pregnancy?

Hi Ladies, I m currently on cd32 my usual cycle is 29-30 days. I took an ovulation test and attached is what I got
I will get to the shops to get pregnancy test However has anyone got similar result and it turned into pregnancy. 🙏 
I have tender boobs and very light mucus discharge since 4 days
Baby danced on cd18 which was a peak ovulation day.

i’m the lh is a peak possibly but the same time a lh would pick hcg so would a hcg test ... these are my lh strips during the TWW i conceived ... got a positive test 9/10 dpo and ovulation wasn’t  positive till then too

You can get a positive opk before your period or when pregnant. I had a positive opk the same time I got a BFP. Your opk in this case is negative.

My ovulation test was negative and I had a hcg level of over 400.. yours is a negative ovulation test. People will say it has to be positive for a ovulation test to detect pregnancy hormones but I’ve learnt that’s not 100% true! So yes you could have a negative ovulation test (as yours is) and still be pregnant.

Top is a first response pregnancy test
And the bottom is a first response ovulation test.

Quick answer. No. Is that how I found out I was pregnant. Yes. 
Bottom test is LH test and top is pregnancy test.

You always have some level of lh in your system and alot of women have surges before your period. Only a hcg test will tell.
