No period, but negative test

I am now 3 days late I took a test before My period was expected and it was negative ... I just took a digital today and still negative, and I’ve had cramping . I’ve been super tired , thick white discharge .. my boobs are not sore at all but seem sensitive my nipples get hard with the slightest wind
