Maybe we doing something wrong we trying in home insimination my wife and I with a good friend sperm but on the 4 month and no positive yet :-( we accept every help

We track my ovulation with temp and also with stripes every day we collect the semen and take 10-15 minutes to used because he live around that time distance away we make sure we use new container and new syringe every time and also we make sure is no air in the syringe I stay in bed for 30-45 min after please help is we doing something wrong we did it 3 years ago and we got a positive first time :-(
