Extended AF?

My cycle is regular. 28 days with 3 days being AF. This past cycle I started 5 days late. 3rd day it was finishing. Now yesterday there was some stuff and today light. Do I change it on my calendar to extend thAt AF lasted 5 days?

Answer

I would extend it in my calendar if I needed to use a pad or tampon but if it was really spotty then I would log that it ended and just log spotting separately so you can see later that you had a cycle change that month.
