BBT spike
I was curious what day of your cycle are seeing your temperature spike? I'm on day 19 and still no spike. When I checked the last 2 cycles, I spiked at day 25 and 22. My cycles have been about 30 days long. Just curious if anyone else spikes that late? I was thinking a spike should be in the fertility window but I know it's not perfect.
