Foods

I don’t know if this is the right group to post this in but I was wondering anyone knew what healthy foods make you fuller for longer. I’ve noticed that when I eat healthy I get hungry so much faster and when I eat bad foods I’m fuller for longer and I want to eat healthy but I hate feeling hungry and I don’t want to eat more then 1800 calories a day because I’m breastfeeding and trying to lose weight. I know protein is said to make you fuller for longer but can anyone give me specific foods? Also I’m a vegetarian
