It varies, based on how I feel & the exact situation. 
Most of the people I've slept with, I actually knew them a long time (a year or more) before dating. There have only been a few I knew a few months- and one (the last one) that I knew only a month before deciding to be exclusive, and then we slept together after deciding that. I was expecting to wait a lot longer, but I wasn't uncomfortable with it- he was very kind and honest. 
So it just varies. I don't tend to be that comfortable with people I am unfamiliar with. I don't necessarily want commitment, but I want sex to be meaningful. I feel it's supposed to be. 
A lot of times, I end up dating people I've known for a long time, so then, when we sleep together after starting to date really varies- Basically on how comfortable I feel.
