I'm very confused by my body today

I've had migraines, dizziness, and nausea for the last week, along with a bit of cramping. I know it's way too soon, but I took a test this morning, and actually thought I saw the faintest line

One day within a week after my period ending I had light pink tint in my CM, looked like blood but was creamy consistency like discharge.

Today I'm getting creamy discharge that is straight up brown, unlike any I've had before.

Could this be an early start of a positive? Or could the cramping/discharge be a sign that it wouldn't last? We had a chemical pregnancy two months ago. Or maybe it's all just line eyes :(
