Ectopic pregnancy at 7 weeks

I have been in and out of hospital for the past 2 weeks. Today I was confirmed that I have ectopic pregnancy and need do the surgery or the injection..

I went for the injection just to save my tube. Had anyone had the injection and fell pregnant after that?? And a normal pregnancy?
