I feel like he’s not that attracted to me anymore

So my husband and I have been together for 5 years married over 2 and our sex is great when we have it but it’s seriously like 3 times a month tops, I got a new piece of lingerie and I put it on when it came in the mail and he just came up to me and was talking to me like normal like he had absolutely no reaction to it and it really hurt my feelings, he tells me like 10 times a day he loves me so I don’t doubt that he still loves me but when it comes to having sex his stomach always hurts or something (he does have gallbladder issues but won’t take the time to get it taken care of) but idk I just feel like he’s not that attracted to me anymore?
