Cloth pads & menstrual cups?

I have thought about it for a while and am definitely ready to ditch the chemicals to see if my PCOS symptoms continue to get better ( I've cut all chemicals from the rest of my life with amazing results!) For those of you who have used cloth pads ormenstrual  cups can you recommend a brand or style? Do you have any tips for choosing? It's existing the amount of choice there are!

If you are in tune and comfortable with your body, I would 100% choose the diva cup!  It can be slightly challenging at first figuring out how to use it - but with some lube at first it becomes super easy. You can leave it in for up to 12 hours, use it for about 2 years so it saves a ton of money, and it's easy to clean!

I have a diva cup and it is so awesome! I hardly remember I am on my period when I use it!

I use soft cups and love them. Been using em for over a year (maybe 2?) and will never go back to tampons. I feel so much cleaner with them. You have to change them less often too. It's a little tricky learning how to use them, but once you do it's definitely worth it.
