Did your milk supply drop or increase?

Significantly dropped. I had to stop breastfeeding the month I found out I was pregnant. I would pump all day for 4 oz when normally I would get 6oz minimum per pump session

I’m still breastfeeding my 6 month old and I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant! Hopefully I can continue the entire pregnancy.  I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day with one body armor drink to help keep my supply.

Mine dropped significantly within the first month that I became pregnant. I was only pumping 3 times a day but was making about 600 ml total (enough to cover the needs of my 14 month old).  Within a couple weeks I was pumping the same amount but only getting 300 ml. So I just ended up stopping because the output wasn’t worth the time.
