What just came out of me?!!!!

This is my first time posting. I am on cycle day 17. I've been doing ovulation tests since my period ended and all have been negative. Per this app, I am supposed to ovulate next week. This morning I wiped when I was at work, and a ton of clear, stringy mucus came out. The last time I had that much mucus was when I lost my plug with my first. We are trying to conceive baby numero dos. Any ideas of what this could be? Am I ovulating and the tests aren't picking it up? Thanks in advance for any response.
