Oh my gosh! I just switched to a diva cup after using tampons for how many years and HOLY! My period cramps have gone way down and I can go 12 hours without taking it out! it’s incredible! Plus just spending $37 a year or longer is wayyyyy cheaper! Absolutely love and would recommend
