Looking for some success stories! No fetal Pole

Hi Ladies.

I have 2 apps on my phone that calculate how far along, this one which puts me at 6+6 and another that puts me at over 7+6 calculated by my LMP.

Anywho, I had my first ultrasound last Thursday.

Tech found gestational sac no yolk sac, no baby.

Said sac looks around 5 weeks still could be too early... instantly made me freak out.

She then showed me a subchronic hematoma next to sac. Told me I should come back in 2 weeks for another US. Went to doctor for results a few days later and she had told me to prepare a MC 😭 she said that if I’m certain of my LMP that I should be over 7 weeks by now.

I had absolutely no symptoms until 2 days ago, stuck in bed, super hungry and nauseous. I know you guys aren’t doctors but does this sound like a case that I was just too early at that scan? Next scan is in 5 days and I’m freaking out 😭 and also worried as subchronic hematoma supposedly is higher risk for MC. 😔
