Morning sickness vs. Stomach bug
I'm 16 weeks and 6 days. I typically have morning sickness in the evening. Like clockwork after 8 pm the nausea hits. But usually during the day I'm ok. I take diclegis.
So I have had a constant stomach ache since late last night. A little diarrhea. No vomiting yet but dry heaves. No appetite. Temp is normal. Really bad shoulder and upper back pain.
What's everyone's opinion? Should I call the doctor?
