High sugar plz help

hi ladys please help me I've been feeling weird lately a tingling feeling on my feet and hands like if I was desperate or a panic attack so my mom told me to test my sugar and realized my sugar was 160 last night and today in the morning before eating I took it and it was 120 I feel uncomfortable weird to explain.my mom says is still high when i have nothing in my stomach..what should I do
