Labor or no???

So around 10pm last night I wiped and noticed blood and then some mucus.

Got in bed and had some mild cramps but was able to sleep.

I have woken up every hour since midnight with constant cramping that seems to get more painful. But it’s hard to time them because like I said, it feels constant. There is no relief.

Is this considered labor? Like I don’t know what to do.

It’s almost 6am. I want to take a warm to see if that helps.

I don’t want to go to the hospital unless it’s real.
