Hi mamas! I'm currently 4 weeks, 4 days. Yesterday I had some pinching very down low where my leg connects to my abdomen, and had about 4 tiny spots within and hour yesterday. Since then, no more spots at all, still some pinching and minor achy cramping. I had a miscarriage in June and feel so discouraged right now.
