Facial pain
My left cheek is ever so slightly swollen and hurts a lot when I chew, smile, or if it’s touched. This just started yesterday and it’s not discolored. It may have the slightest fever, but not sure because I’m so hot all the time lol.
Anyone have any idea what this could be?
