Antenatal depression

This is my second pregnancy. I didn’t have it with my first, but I’ve gone through a lot of crap during that time to now. The emotional trauma is catching up to me now that my hormones are causing havoc on my body. I dread to think what kind of journey I’m going to be on postpartum 😔.

I’ve been seeing someone who is teaching me the principles on cognitive behaviour therapy in the last month, but honestly, things in my life still trigger me to such a state of depression and anxiety. I don’t know what I’m going to do when the time comes postpartum.
