Exercising for 26+ weeks pregnancy?! I don’t want to go walking in fear of potentially losing consciousness. I do have an exercise bike at home, can I use it? I have an exercise ball and have checked out some pregnant exercises for it, but they seem to be mostly stretching to prepare for later. I’m looking mostly at weight control. I typically just eat three normal sized meals a day and try minimal snacks because snacks have been mostly baked and sugary lately . Was going to look at nutrition shakes as snack replacement? Looking for advice and will discuss with my doctor also at my next appointment in two weeks.
This is my third pregnancy. First pregnancy I gained 30lbs, second 70.
I’m considered obese for my BMI and was advised not go gain more than 11lbs for the entire pregnancy and am currently at 12 lbs gained.
