Hello moms! My name is Faith, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and having a little girl. This is my story. I recently graduated high school, here in 2015. I was living with my dad and stepmother in Texas at the time (from Alaska originally, was only in Texas for senior year). I found out I was pregnant on June 19th. The father, wants nothing to do with his child and threatened to push me down the stairs or stab me in the stomach when he first found out. After telling him, I told my dad and stepmom on June 26th. My stepmother kicked me out of the house for getting pregnant. My older sister (20), my grandparents, my aunt, and my mom all pitched in to buy me a plane ticket back home to Alaska. I've been back since July 24th. I'm not working, I'm on medicaid and WIC and in 3rd trimester I'll recieve welfare. Staying with my mom until my daughter is born. I'll be looking for work after she's born and I'll be moving into a place of my own. Going to be a single mom. With lots of love and support around me I know that I can do it. Just wanted to know....any other young single mom's out there?
