Vitamin B6
I was feeling nauseous and very tired (as most of us) and my husband who is a doctor suggested I try vitamin B6. Small amount is already in pregnancy vitamins but I gave it a shot.
I think it really helped. I am still not super hungry but for the first time (9w now) I had a steak, it was great feeling to eat meat again. I could not even consider it before.
For being tired - I had a bit more energy although could be for other reasons.
Honestly I wish I had this vitamin even before pregnancy as I have been tired for most of the year. Maybe because of pandemic and being at home too much.
Maybe you could share which pregnancy vitamins from pharmacy you have chosen? They must be more or less the same. I have the ones with extra choline. Turns out it is for baby’s brain not mine, but I felt smarter 😄 I am so clumsy lately!
