Need advice

TTC #2 been trying for 15 months my doctor put me on metformin 3 months ago and still no baby!! AF was suppose to apear on Wednesday but I haven't started yet!! We had sex on Tuesday and I am now having a discharge not sure if it's still his sperm or what!! I have a headache, hot flashes, my lower back hurts at night while trying to sleep, I'm tried but I couldn't sleep last night and I woke up at 4:30! My breast are a little sore and I use a weird pain on my left side ut I'm not sure what it is? I'm nauseous from time to time with nasty sulfur burps!! I'm peeing more!! Should I take a pregnancy test!? Last time I took it I started the next day and I don't want to get my hopes up!! And then be sad because I'm not pg!! UGH we do this every month and then nothing!! Should I talk to my doctor and see if I need to be tested or my husband?? I just want to have another baby so we can be a family
