How do you know it’s your water breaking?

Does everyone feel a pop when their water breaks or what??

I had a pop, kind of like how you’d imagine a water balloon popping inside you would feel 😂

My doctor had to break mine I didn’t feel it break but I did feel both of her hands shoved up me

Woke up after midnight to go pee. A liquid (thicker than pee, consistency more like blood/semen) started tricking down my leg. No easing on the urge to pee. Put a pantyliner in and crawled back in bed. Went to flip over and a little gush came out. Knew then for certain that it was my water.

I just felt water trickling down one leg 😂 no pop or big gush like you see in movies

Didn't feel any pops.
Mine broke when I was under fetal monitor in hospital, they were trying to decide if my contractions are close enough to keep me in or send me home.
As the midwife wanted to check my cervix also after monitoring and I felt an urge to pee, I asked if I can use a bathroom before. But when I stood up, it all just fell out of me... No pops, nothing just a pool of water on the floor.
