Does your period give you pregnancy symptoms?

Okay so this has always happened to me ever since I got my period for the first time.

It isn’t new, I’m definitely not pregnant unless there’s a 10 year old in me.

Anyways, my periods give me pregnancy symptoms. I can smell EVERYTHING, and I’m nauseas, everything is disgusting. I’m dizzy, sometimes I’ll throw up and feel faint especially over certain foods.

Do you know how many times my coworkers or family members have asked me “are you pregnant?” While I’m on my period? It’s very weird. I’ve gone to my gyno long ago about this and this is apparently normal, but not common.

I wanna know who else goes through this.

What brought this up is that tonight I complained about being able to smell something nobody else could smell and having to get up and leave because it was making me want to throw up, and my brother said “are you pregnant?” (He has kids and watched his children’s mother go through it.)

And I was like of course you’d ask lmfao and now I have to inform you that I’m on my period
