What will you do differently this cycle?
For all of us getting our lovely monthly visit from the enemy, what will you do differently this cycle TTC? Vitamins? Supplements? Doc visit? Exercise or diet change? A new way to track? What are you currently doing that you'll keep doing? What month TTC are you on?
For me, right now I am: OPKs, temping. Rainbow light prenatal, B12, D3.
I think I'm gonna add more vitamins. B6 & I'm looking into maca root for both me & hub. And he's going to take a multi. Or maybe fertilaid? I'm trying to look into it. Other than that just get a healthier diet & exercise.
