Acupunture and FET - yay or nay?

Question

Considering implementing acupuncture for our next FET. First and only FET transfer resulted in a chemical. We’re transferring two embryos next time. I also had to have three scans to get my lining thick enough. Thinking this may help?

So I can’t say yet if it will be successful, but I am implementing acupuncture this FET cycle. I’ve currently had 3 failed IUI’s, 1 failed fresh transfer from IVF and 1 failed FET from a second IVF cycle. I figure it can’t hurt to try as I feel like I’ve tried everything else. I’ve been doing acupuncture now for 4 weeks. I’m hoping to get a schedule for this FET this week or next week and will continue for until after the transfer twice a week.

I’ve been doing it for years. I just did it 2 weeks ago for my FET. 45min before my transfer and right after it for an hour. 
I can’t say whether or not it contributed to my bfp but I didn’t find it relaxes me. 
It doesn’t hurt to try it.

I really don’t know if it helped me, but I did it 2x a week for a month before my transfer, then 30 minutes before my transfer and again right after my transfer, then 2 days after to help with implantation. My embryo implanted, but I have no idea if it was the acupuncture or just good luck. I love acupuncture so it’s relatively me. If you like it then go for it. If it makes you uncomfortable then skip it. Also, since your first FET implanted then maybe it’s not necessary for you.

I did acupuncture with a fresh transfer, I started maybe 2 months before the transfer to help prepare my body. And then did extra sessions around transfer (week before, morning of transfer, day after transfer) - my transfer was successful currently 33 weeks. I would have carried on doing it if Covid hadn’t happened 👎🏻 I found it really helped my anxiety 🥰
