Does anyone know if I can give this to help my toddler sleep better? She’s 18months old.
I’ve been having a hard time getting my daughter to sleep. She’s awake most of the night almost everyday, my husband and I are extremely tired and don’t know what to do. I’ve tried sleep training but none of it is working. I live in Bangladesh so doctors and nurses don’t reach out through calls and I won’t be able to go to a clinic anytime soon.
