Morning sickness solution for me
Sharing this in case it's not just a freak thing that applies to only me.
Ginger ale, carbs, sea bands... None of them worked. I was starving but couldn't stomach anything. I managed to choke down a Luna bar and felt so much better and was actually able to eat a few meals that day. I figured it was a fluke, but I've tried it 3 more times since then with the same result. It doesn't last all day, but it does help take the edge off. I don't know if it's the combination of fats, carbs, and protein or if it's just a weird antidote for me but I thought it was worth sharing in case it helps just one of you get through the day!
